These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Spyface Tech Company, LLC, doing business as “SPYFACE” (“Company”, “SPYFACE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”), governing your access to and use of the SPYFACE website, platform, software applications, analytical tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

U.S. Legal Notice:
SPYFACE is a United States–based technology platform operated by Spyface Tech Company, LLC. The Services are intended solely for lawful, professional, and informational use in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have legal capacity under U.S. law to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

2. Description of Services

SPYFACE provides software-based analytical, monitoring, and intelligence-related tools. The Services may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time without notice or liability. SPYFACE does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
SPYFACE is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate U.S. federal, state, or local laws or regulations
Engage in unlawful surveillance, tracking, or monitoring
Infringe privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights
Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or infrastructure

5. User Data & Content

You retain ownership of data you submit. By using the Services, you grant SPYFACE a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely to operate and improve the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, trademarks, documentation, and content provided by SPYFACE are the exclusive property of Spyface Tech Company, LLC or its licensors, protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

7. Fees & Payments

Certain Services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. SPYFACE may modify pricing at its discretion with reasonable notice.

8. Suspension & Termination

SPYFACE may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or expose the Company to legal or security risk.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY U.S. LAW. SPYFACE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPYFACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spyface Tech Company, LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue shall lie in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

SPYFACE may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
