Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service and applies to your access to and use of the SPYFACE website, platform, software tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). SPYFACE is operated by Spyface Tech Company, LLC (doing business as “SPYFACE”) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This AUP is designed to protect users, third parties, and the Company, and to ensure the Services are used lawfully and responsibly. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

1. Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to all users of the Services, including visitors, account holders, customers, and anyone accessing the Services through an account, API, integration, script, or other automated means (“Users”). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring your organization and its authorized users comply with this AUP.

2. High-Level Rules

When using SPYFACE, you must:

• Follow the law (including U.S. federal and applicable state laws, and the laws of your jurisdiction).
• Respect privacy and consent (do not collect, process, or share personal data without proper authority and legal basis).
• Use the Services professionally and responsibly (no abuse, harm, or deception).
• Protect the platform (no attacks, no exploitation, no interference with operations or security).

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 Illegal, Harmful, or Rights-Violating Activity

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or legally binding obligation.
• Engage in unauthorized surveillance, tracking, monitoring, or profiling of any individual or entity.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, extort, defame, or otherwise harm any person.
• Doxx, publish, sell, or facilitate the disclosure of private or sensitive information (including addresses, phone numbers, IDs, credentials, or private communications).
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or deceive others regarding identity, authorization, or intent.
• Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, or any deceptive practices.
• Encourage, enable, or instruct others to do any of the above.

3.2 Unauthorized Access, Exploitation, and Malicious Activity

You may not use the Services to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data.
• Develop, distribute, or deploy malware, spyware, keyloggers, or other malicious code.
• Exploit vulnerabilities to compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability of any system or service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services or any third-party systems (including denial-of-service behavior).

3.3 Restricted or High-Risk Data

Unless we have expressly agreed in writing, you may not upload, store, transmit, or process through the Services:

• Payment card data subject to PCI DSS (full card numbers, CVV), or banking credentials.
• Government-issued identifiers (e.g., Social Security numbers) in bulk or without lawful basis.
• Medical/health information regulated by HIPAA.
• Passwords, private keys, access tokens, or secrets in a way that creates an unreasonable risk of disclosure.

3.4 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to create, store, or distribute content that is unlawful or violates others’ rights, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Data, Privacy & Consent Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and consents (and a valid legal basis where required) to collect, use, disclose, and process data in connection with your use of the Services.

• No Unauthorized Personal Data Use: Do not process personal data where you lack legal authority or consent.
• Purpose Limitation: Use data only for legitimate, lawful, and stated purposes.
• Minimization: Collect and process only what is necessary.
• Confidentiality: Do not disclose confidential data unless authorized.

5. Security & Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our prior written permission.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or authentication mechanisms.
• Extract source code, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover underlying components except to the extent permitted by law.
• Introduce viruses, worms, malicious scripts, or other harmful code into the Services.

6. Accounts, Access & Automation

• Credential Safety: Keep your credentials confidential and do not share accounts improperly.
• Automation: Automated use (scripts, bots, crawlers) must comply with our technical limits and must not overload or degrade the Services.
• No Abuse of Trials/Promotions: Creating accounts to circumvent limits, enforcement actions, or payment obligations is prohibited.
• Third-Party Access: You are responsible for actions taken by anyone you authorize to access your account.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rules

You may not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide through the Services.

8. Enforcement, Suspension & Reporting

8.1 Enforcement Actions

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including: warning, content removal, feature ограничения, rate limiting, temporary suspension, permanent termination, and (where required or appropriate) reporting to law enforcement or regulators.

8.2 No Circumvention

Attempting to evade enforcement (e.g., creating new accounts after termination) is prohibited.

9. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised AUP.
